1. Purpose and Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") establishes the rules for using websites, networks, control panels, Discord integrations, hosting, and related services provided by Paradise Hosting. It forms part of our Terms of Service and applies to customers, account users, visitors, and anyone using a service through a customer account.
Customers are responsible for the conduct of people who access their accounts and for applications, bots, files, databases, traffic, and other content operating through their services.
2. Compliance With Law
You may not use the services to violate applicable local, state, federal, or international law; assist another person in unlawful activity; evade sanctions or legal restrictions; or store, publish, transmit, solicit, or facilitate unlawful material.
3. Network and Security Abuse
You may not engage in or facilitate:
- Denial-of-service attacks, traffic flooding, amplification, stress testing without authorization, or coordinated disruption;
- Port scanning, vulnerability scanning, credential testing, intrusion attempts, or access to systems without explicit permission;
- IP spoofing, packet manipulation, protocol abuse, interception, or unauthorized monitoring;
- Operation of botnets, command-and-control infrastructure, attack tools, exploit kits, or malicious payload delivery;
- Bypassing authentication, rate limits, resource limits, access controls, suspensions, or security systems; or
- Activity that threatens the security, reputation, stability, or availability of Paradise Hosting, another customer, a provider, Discord, or any third party.
Legitimate security research requires advance written authorization from the owner of every affected system and must not target Paradise Hosting infrastructure without our written permission.
4. Malware, Phishing, and Credential Theft
You may not create, host, distribute, execute, or control malware, ransomware, spyware, credential stealers, destructive code, malicious browser scripts, phishing pages, fraudulent login flows, or files intended to compromise a system or person.
You may not collect, buy, sell, test, publish, or use passwords, session tokens, cookies, payment information, bot tokens, API keys, or other credentials without lawful authorization.
5. Spam and Messaging Abuse
You may not use the services to send unsolicited bulk messages, spam, scam messages, deceptive promotions, mass mentions, abusive direct messages, or communications that violate recipient consent, platform rules, or applicable law.
Mailing lists and automated messages must use lawful recipient consent, accurate sender information, reasonable rate limits, and a functional method to stop future messages where required.
6. Discord Bots and Platform Rules
Discord bots and integrations must comply with Discord’s applicable terms, developer policies, rate limits, and community rules. Prohibited uses include self-bots, token theft, unauthorized user automation, raid tools, mass-DM tools, invite spam, account generation, verification bypasses, fraudulent moderation tools, and automation intended to evade platform enforcement.
You are responsible for securing Discord tokens and immediately rotating any token that is exposed. Do not post bot tokens in support tickets, chat messages, public repositories, or logs shared with others.
7. Fraud and Deceptive Activity
You may not use the services for payment fraud, impersonation, scams, deceptive businesses, counterfeit services, fake giveaways, pyramid schemes, chargeback abuse, identity theft, forged documents, or misleading collection of personal or financial information.
8. Harmful and Exploitative Content
You may not use the services to host, facilitate, solicit, or distribute content involving child sexual abuse or exploitation, non-consensual intimate material, trafficking, credible threats of violence, instructions intended to enable imminent harm, or material whose possession or distribution is unlawful.
Suspected child sexual exploitation may be preserved and reported to appropriate authorities as required by law. Do not send illegal material as an attachment when reporting abuse; provide safe identifying information such as URLs, server identifiers, timestamps, and a description.
9. Harassment and Abuse
You may not use the services for targeted harassment, stalking, doxxing, extortion, blackmail, threats, coordinated abuse, or publishing highly sensitive personal information without lawful authority. Criticism and ordinary disagreement are not prohibited merely because they are unwelcome, but unlawful threats and targeted abuse are not permitted.
10. Intellectual Property
You may not knowingly use the services to infringe copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other intellectual-property rights. We may remove or restrict content and terminate repeat infringers when appropriate.
Rights holders should send a sufficiently detailed notice to support@paradisehosting.xyz, including identification of the protected work, the allegedly infringing material, contact information, and a good-faith statement regarding authorization.
11. Proxies, Tunnels, Mining, and High-Risk Services
Unless a plan expressly permits it, you may not operate public proxies, VPN exit nodes, Tor exit nodes, traffic relays, file mirrors, public download services, cryptocurrency mining, distributed-computing workloads, or bandwidth-resale services.
Private tunnels needed for a hosted application may be permitted when they comply with resource limits and do not hide abuse, bypass controls, or expose the platform to unreasonable risk.
12. Resource Usage
You must remain within the CPU, memory, disk, network, process, port, database, backup, and other limits assigned to your plan. You may not evade limits, intentionally exhaust shared resources, create runaway processes, or interfere with neighboring services.
We may throttle, stop, isolate, suspend, or require an upgrade for workloads that exceed assigned limits, create sustained abnormal load, threaten stability, or interfere with other customers.
13. Account and Application Security
You must use reasonable security practices, including strong unique passwords, prompt software updates, restricted permissions, safe handling of secrets, and removal of unused access. You are responsible for applications and dependencies installed within your service.
If a service is compromised, we may isolate or suspend it until the threat is contained. You must cooperate with reasonable remediation requirements, including rotating credentials, removing malicious files, patching software, or reinstalling the service.
14. Investigations and Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and review relevant account information, logs, network activity, and hosted content when reasonably necessary. Depending on severity and history, enforcement may include a warning, traffic restriction, process termination, content removal, suspension, data preservation, account termination, or reporting to providers or authorities.
We are not required to provide advance notice when immediate action is reasonably necessary to stop harm, comply with law, respond to a provider, protect evidence, or maintain service security. Repeated or serious violations may result in permanent termination without refund.
15. Legal Requests and Emergencies
We may preserve or disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with valid legal process, respond to emergencies, prevent harm, investigate fraud or abuse, or protect rights and safety. Our handling of personal information is further described in the Privacy Policy.
16. Reporting Abuse
Report suspected abuse to support@paradisehosting.xyz or through the Paradise Hosting client area. Include relevant IP addresses, domains, URLs, server identifiers, timestamps with time zone, screenshots, log excerpts, and a clear description.
Do not include passwords, complete payment-card details, private keys, bot tokens, illegal files, or unnecessary personal information. Knowingly false or abusive reports may themselves violate this policy.
17. Changes to This Policy
We may update this AUP to address new services, risks, abuse patterns, provider requirements, or legal obligations. Updates will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
