1. Overview
This Refund Policy explains how Paradise Hosting handles refund and cancellation requests. By purchasing a service, you agree to this policy together with our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy.
2. Seven-Day Refund Eligibility
A customer may request a refund within seven calendar days of the initial purchase of an eligible hosting service. The period begins when the initial payment is completed, and the request must be received before the end of that period.
Unless applicable law requires otherwise, the guarantee applies only to the first payment for a service. It does not restart when a service is renewed, upgraded, downgraded, recreated, or purchased again.
3. Eligible Services
Standard Discord bot hosting and other standard hosting plans advertised as eligible may qualify. A request must include the account email, affected service, invoice number, and reason for the request.
4. Non-Refundable Charges
The following are generally non-refundable:
- Service renewals after the initial billing period;
- Partial or unused portions of a billing period;
- Setup fees, custom work, licenses, domains, or third-party products;
- Account credit, promotional credit, coupons, or free services;
- Services terminated for violating our Terms or Acceptable Use Policy;
- Services used for spam, attacks, fraud, malware, abuse, or illegal activity;
- Payments already subject to an active chargeback or payment dispute;
- Irreversible payment methods, if offered; and
- Additional resources or usage-based charges already consumed.
Duplicate or clearly erroneous charges will be reviewed separately and refunded where appropriate.
5. Abuse of the Policy
Paradise Hosting may deny a request where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, repeated purchasing and refunding, policy abuse, excessive resource use, evasion of restrictions, or violation of another applicable agreement. This does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.
6. Effect of an Approved Refund
When a refund is approved, the affected service may be terminated immediately. Associated server files, backups, databases, allocations, and stored data may be permanently deleted. Customers are responsible for downloading any permitted data they wish to retain before requesting a refund.
7. Cancellations
Cancelling a service normally prevents its next renewal and does not automatically refund the current billing period. Unless a qualifying refund is approved, customers may continue using a prepaid service until the end of its current billing period, subject to account standing and compliance with our policies.
8. Processing Approved Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when possible. Paradise Hosting does not normally issue refunds to a different account, card, wallet, or person.
We will submit an approved refund promptly. The time required for the credit to appear is controlled by the payment processor and the customer’s financial institution and may take several business days.
9. Service Failures
If Paradise Hosting cannot provide a paid service because of a failure within our reasonable control, we may provide a refund, account credit, or another reasonable remedy after review.
Problems caused by customer code, configuration, third-party software, external networks, attacks, unsupported modifications, or policy violations do not automatically qualify.
10. Requesting a Refund
Submit a billing ticket through the Paradise Hosting client area or email support@paradisehosting.xyz.
Never include passwords, payment-card numbers, API keys, bot tokens, or other sensitive credentials in a request.
11. Policy Changes
Paradise Hosting may update this policy for future purchases. Changes will be published here with a revised effective date and will not remove rights that cannot legally be waived.
